Once an order is placed, we may or may not be able to make changes, depending on where it is in the dispatch process, but we will do our best to try to assist!


Order Cancellations

  • Depending on where your order is in our dispatch process, we may or may not be able to cancel your order in full or in part.
  • If you’d like to request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team via live chat as soon as possible.
  • We’ll do our best to assist, but please note that once an order has progressed beyond a certain point in our system, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Adding or Amending Items in Your Order

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the itemsincluding:

  • Adding new items
  • Changing sizes
  • Swapping products
  • If you need additional items, we recommend placing a new order through our website.

Updating Contact or Shipping Information

  • If you need to update your shipping address or contact details, please contact our team via live chat on our website.
  • For the best chance of updating your information, please get in touch as soon as possible after placing your order.
  • Once an order has progressed through our dispatch process, changes may no longer be possible.
