US Customers - Online Orders (not paid by Gift Card)
US customers can now receive an instant exchange for their full-priced online purchase, unless paid for by Gift Card.
Instant exchange allows you to swap your full-price item for a different size or style without needing to wait for your return parcel to arrive back to us. You can exchange to a different size of the exact same item at the price you originally paid. Alternatively if you wish to select a different style, you can use your exchange credit to do so. You will be guided through this quick and easy process via the Refundid portal. Your replacement item is confirmed instantly and shipped in accordance with our usual processing times. Instant exchanges are capped at 3 for the same order
- What items are eligible for Instant Exchange?
You are able to select the option for an Instant Exchange for any full-price item that was not paid with a DISSH Gift Card.
Final Sale items are not able to be exchanged. - What is Refundid?
All online returns are managed by our third-party provider Refundid. Depending on your location, Refundid offers instant refunds, instant exchanges and standard return options. For more details and Refundid’s terms and conditions, click here. - Can I exchange for a different style or color?
Of course. If you wish to purchase the same item in an alternate colour, or a different style altogether, you will lodge your return via the Refundid portal and select Instant Exchange. You will then select “Different Item” as the exchange option and follow the prompts to use your exchange credit online. Once lodged, this instantly creates a new order for your alternate size, and will be shipped within our standard processing times. - I need a different size, what is the instant exchange process?
So glad you asked. When lodging your return via the Refundid portal, select Instant Exchange. You will then select “Same item, different size” as the exchange option and follow the prompts. Once lodged, this instantly creates a new order for your alternate size, and will be shipped within our standard processing times.
- What happens if my full-priced item being exchanged was purchased during a promotion?
For customers wishing to exchange to a different size of the same item, we will honour the original purchase price, no difference will be asked for payment outside of shipping costs.
- What if my new exchange item costs more or less?
If you select a new item that is greater than your exchange credit, you will be prompted to pay the difference using a credit or debit card. If the new item selected is of lesser value than the exchange credit, you will receive an instant refund for the difference.
How will my exchange be shipped?
Your new exchange will be shipped to you with Standard Shipping via our shipping partners Australia Post and USPS with Authority to Leave. More information on Shipping and Delivery can be found here: DISSH Shipping- How long will it take to receive my exchange?
Instant Exchange orders are shipped within our usual dispatch turnaround. Outbound shipping for your new order will follow our standard delivery method. Free standard shipping will apply to all orders over USD$100, otherwise it’s $10.99. Unfortunately we’re unable to offer express shipping on exchange orders at this time. Tracking will be emailed to you once your new order has been made.
