How Do I Make a Return?
Not quite right? No worries, we’re here to make returns easy.
ONLINE PURCHASES
Online orders can be returned via our online returns page.
Return Options
When lodging your return online, you’ll have the following options:
- Instant Refund via Refundid (US Only)
Eligible customers residing in the US with a US order number, may be able to receive an instant refund before the item is received at our warehouse. Review Refundid's terms and conditions including eligibility criteria. - Standard Refund
Receive your refund within 5 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse.
Note: Sale items are considered final sale and are unable to be returned. If you are shopping with us from the UK, you are able to return sale items within 30 days from delivery for a refund.
Return Label & Cost
A return shipping label can be purchased when lodging your return via the portal. Return shipping costs apply and are shown during the return process, via our shipping page
How long do I have to post back my return item?
Once you lodge your return via the Refundid portal, your return item must be shipped with your local postal or courier service within the next 7 days. Returns that haven’t been lodged within this timeframe will be automatically cancelled.
Garment Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following requirements:
- Be in original condition
- Unworn and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
If any returned item does not meet these conditions, it may be sent back to you, and an additional return shipping fee may apply.
Important Notes
- Items purchased in-store cannot be returned via the online returns portal.
- Please ensure your return meets all eligibility requirements as outlined in our returns policy.
All returns must also comply with our Online Returns Policy.
INSTORE PURCHASES
If you purchased an item in-store and need to return it, we’ve outlined the options below to help guide you through the process.
In-Store Returns (US only)
- In-store purchases must be returned to a store location within the same country where they were originally purchased.
- Items must be returned in unworn condition with original tags attached within 14 days of the purchase date.
- In-store purchase are eligible for an exchange or refund to the original payment method used.
- We are unable to process online order returns in-store at this current time, please refer to the online order returns information.
