How Long Will It Take to Process My Return?
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect:
- Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 5 business days of arriving at our warehouse.
- Business Days Only: Please note that this timeframe does not include public holidays or weekends.
- Processing may take slightly longer if your return is received during a promotional period.
What Happens After My Return is Processed?
After we process your return, we’ll issue your refund in line with our returns policy. A confirmation email will be sent to the email used to place the original order.
- Full Price Items: If the item was purchased at full price, we’ll refund the amount to your original payment method
- Full Price Item with a promotional code/discount: If you have purchased a full-price item with a promotional code, it is still classified as a full-price item on a temporary promotion and is eligible for a refund at the value for which it was purchased.
- Sale Items: If the item was purchased on sale, it is considered a final sale and is unable to be returned. Please note, if you are shopping with us from the UK, you are able to return sale items within 30 days from delivery for a refund.
What to Do If My Return Hasn’t Been Processed Yet
If it’s been longer than 5 business days since your return tracking shows as delivered to our warehouse, we’re here to help. Please follow these steps:
- Check Your Tracking: First, confirm that the return tracking shows as delivered to our warehouse.
- Reach Out to Us: If your return was delivered more than 5 business days ago and it hasn’t been processed, please contact our team with your order number and return tracking number.
- We’ll look into it right away and let you know what’s going on.
