Online Orders - 30 Day Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your online purchase.
- All returned items must be:
- In original condition
- Unworn and unwashed
- With original tags attached
- Sale items are considered final sale and are unable to be returned.
Please note, if you are shopping with us from the UK, you are able to return sale items within 30 days from delivery for a refund. All items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached.
In-store Purchases - 14 Day Returns
- Store purchases can only be returned in-store, and to the store location within the same country where they were originally purchased.
- In-store purchased must be returned within 14 days and are eligible for an exchange or refund to the original payment method used.
- All returned items must be:
- In original condition
- Unworn and unwashed
- With original tags attached
Important Notes
- Returns that don’t meet the conditions outlined above may not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
- Earrings and lip care products: Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns for earrings and lip care products.
- Fragrances: You spray, it stays (with you). Fragrances must remain sealed and in the original packaging. Moral of the story? Sniff test in store to be sure.
- Swimsuits: All swimsuits must be tried on wearing undergarments, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.
